1. Purpose
Donations to Round Table Zwartkops 195 support charitable, community service and youth
development activities. No funds are used for private gain by any member.
2. Non-Profit Status
RT Zwartkops 195 is a non-profit voluntary association. All proceeds are held in trust
for charitable purposes in line with Round Table Southern Africa objectives.
3. Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a payment was made in error,
contact us within 7 days at

4. One-Time Payments
One-time donations are processed securely by Yoco. Your card is charged once only.
5. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly donations are processed as automatic recurring subscriptions by PayFast.
Your card is charged automatically each month. You can cancel at any time using
the cancellation form on this page — no PayFast account is required.
6. Data Protection (POPIA)
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal
Information Act and used only for receipt issuance and donor communication.
7. Transparency
Administrative costs are capped at 25% of net proceeds. Annual financial summaries
are available on request.
8. Honour Board
Donors are listed on the public donor board by name and amount unless they choose to
remain anonymous at the time of donation.
