This event is organised and conducted by RoundTable Zwartkops 195 ("the Organiser"), a non-profit voluntary association affiliated with the Round Table movement.
Tickets grant access to the specified event on the stated date and time. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Proceeds from ticket sales support the charitable and community service activities of the Organiser. Funds are held for charitable purposes and not for private gain.
Tickets are purchased via Roundtablezwartkops195.co.za. A valid ticket requires full payment and accurate participant details. Tickets are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Participants must present their ticket ID (received by email) at the entrance. The Organiser is not responsible for lost or undelivered emails; participants are advised to screenshot or print their ticket ID.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or amend the event due to adverse weather, legal requirements, technical failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, the Organiser will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders and arrange alternatives or refunds where appropriate.
Participants take part at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation. Participants are encouraged to take out appropriate personal insurance.
Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and used only for event administration and ticket delivery. By purchasing a ticket, participants consent to such processing.
Photographs and videos may be taken at the event and used on the Organiser's website, social media, and official communication channels.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
By purchasing a ticket, participants confirm they agree to these Terms & Conditions and accept that the Organiser's decisions regarding event management are final.
